AIRentals is the first, professional, one-stop shop for private accommodation.
It is organized through service modules that provide system users with all the logistics and support they need to work in the area of private accommodation.
AIRentals modules / services:
- managing “listings” (managing the site of an individual facility on various sales systems)
- channel manager
- Promotional logistics on portals
- sales through retail agencies
- financial logistics (loans) for the construction and reconstruction of facilities

Listing Manager
Listing manager services are provided by Meersicht GmbH from Zurich, an experienced accommodation management partner specializing in the Adriatic area. It has been operating successfully for more than 5 years. In its work, it uses the latest technological solutions, such as dynamic price management, provided by a customized AI (artificial intelligence) system. Prices and other conditions fully respect the preferences of property owners, and the use of dynamic price management (by AI) ensures the most favorable prices and travel conditions for guests.
In accordance with the standards of the market and the environment in which the Meersicht operates, all travel and accommodation arrangements are supported by an appropriate insurance policy.
Meersicht is a travel agency that has proven and is successful on travel business in the Mediterranean area. In Switzerland it uses TOURDATA sale system which cover over 1200 retail agencies aimed for personal sale to tourists. In B2C (Business to customer) section uses its own sales channels (web) as well as other reputable sales systems and partners (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Atraveo, Casamundo, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, etc.)
In Croatia, Meersicht has an organized network of direct representatives and contractual business partners (agencies and associations), through which we provide our customers with all the necessary services, assistance and professional support needed for the simple and comfortable operation of your facilities.
